Let me introduce myself…

I am an Independent Financial Adviser with 20 years of experience in holistic financial planning, offering advice across all areas, including mortgages.  Over the years, I have worked for some of the big High Street names in financial planning and I am now directly authorised by the Financial Services Authority to trade in my own name (registered firm no 461 347).

The world of mortgages is a very confusing one; I use the latest software, only available to intermediaries like myself, to thoroughly research the market on your behalf and find the most suitable deal to meet your personal needs.

I work remotely from my office in Whitley Bay, I am always available during office hours but I am also happy to be contacted out of the normal 9 to 5, as I understand how difficult it is to fit arranging a mortgage into your working life.  I offer an efficient service, working with you mainly by email, phone and through the post when we aren’t able to whiz the information through cyberspace!  I do travel a lot throughout the UK and if you would like to have a face to face meeting this could also be arranged.

Why use an intermediary to arrange a mortgage?

You could walk into a high street bank or building society today and they may be able to arrange a mortgage for you, but they will only be able to asses your needs against their own products.  I have access to all these products and more and can compare all the products on offer at the time.

I also provide you with help at every step of the way, through to completion and beyond and when the time is right, I’ll review your mortgage for you to ensure it remains cost effective and appropriate to your needs.

The initial work I undertake free of charge to help you consider the feasibility of the project.  If you choose to proceed, I will carry out the research and for this service, I charge a one-off fee of £250 per property, payable only on completion, or should you source a mortgage elsewhere for the same property when we are able to match the deal and have undertaken work on your instruction.

And there’s more…

We can also provide advice on and source competitive quotes for life and critical illness cover, buildings and contents insurance.  We also can introduce you to Conveyancing specialists whom offer a no sale no fee guarantee even if costs have been incurred, the maximum charge would be a £25 administration fee.

YOUR HOME MAY BE REPOSSESSED IF YOU DO NOT KEEP UP REPAYMENTS ON YOUR MORTGAGE

The Financial Services Authority does not regulate some forms of Mortgages
